We are here to help with importing, PDF tools, Apple Intelligence availability, and purchases.

Quick fixes

• If a PDF cannot be imported, confirm it opens in Files and is not damaged.
• If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, check device eligibility, language, region, and system settings. The app can still use its grounded local fallback.
• If Pro is missing after reinstalling, open More and choose Restore Purchases.
• Camera scanning and Live Paper Lens require a supported physical iPhone or iPad.
